  • We are hiring for a part time position as office manager and donor database administrator. Ideal for organized people who need a steady, part-time job, who like working unsupervised but connected, and are interested in making a difference in the world.

If you have office skills like using spreadsheets, writing and sending emails, entering data in a form, depositing checks, opening, reading, and sorting mail, taking phone messages, faxing documents, and have experiences planning long trips away from home, ordering online merchandise, explaining things to people and giving simple instructions, you already have all the qualifications we need. If you can fill out the attached application and submit it, you've already demonstrated you know data entry well enough to easily learn most parts of the job.

We can absolutely teach you everything else you need to know!

Helping Children Worldwide's international staff is scattered across the USA and the world - on any given day, we could be almost anywhere. You would be the person picking up our mail, and working with the finance and leadership teams on compliance reporting and donor management activities like
depositing our checks, forwarding messages, entering data, and assisting travel arrangements.

If you are interested, submit your qualifications and availability using the attached form, and we will schedule an interview. The job could start as early as July 1, 2026, and as late as September 15, 2026, depending on the training needs you will have.

If you have questions, please submit them to our Executive Director, Melody Curtiss - melodycurtiss@helpingchildrenworldwide.org
