    What your support does: THIS ANNUAL CHARITY GOLF TOURNAMENT HAS RAISED OVER ONE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR THE MISSION OF HELPING CHILDREN WORLDWIDE SINCE ITS INCEPTION, AND WE HAVE USED THAT REVENUE TO GENERATE EXPONENTIAL PROGRAM GROWH AND IMPACTS EACH YEAR! 

    We turn every dollar into a ten-fold impact. Our multi-talented team scales impact through working directly with local organizations, and targeting the neediest populations in a collaborative model that drives sustainable, permanent change and long-term impacts. Helping Children Worldwide forms strategic alliances with locally managed organizations to transform the lives of vulnerable children and families. HCW's flagship alliance initiative is with the UMC SLAC. For 25 years, we have collaborated with the Child Reintegration Centre and Mercy Hospital to ensure they can provide essential services to thousands of children and their families in Sierra Leone. The services we invest in there provide child protection and family crisis response, maternal and infant health, educational scholarships and support, holistic medical care, family strengthening, and community services. 

    Through a third initiative launched in 2019, Village Partnership, HCW, CRC and Mercy are transforming whole communities, bringing them life-giving water, sanitation, medical services, and a community social service network supported by enterprise, including child welfare services, school improvements, and infrastructural improvements.  We launched our annual Rising Tides policy conference to do deep dives into topics with thought leaders and spark innovation and collaborations. In 2021, we built up on the success of our collaboration model by convening a broad network of global health advocates and providers in Sierra Leone and West Africa. In 2022, we began our highly successful Optimistic Voices Podcast series, to broadcast the stories and ideas of thought leaders we encountered in our collaborations in global health, child welfare, and ethical mission. In 2023, HCW expanded our health partnerships into 23 countries, absorbing into our network the connections with clinics and health providers serving impoverished communities across the world and forming a stronger alliance with a new child protection agency, Child and Family Permanency Services in Freetown, Sierra Leone, and in 2024 we convened a coalition of local child protection service providers in support of family care over child orphanage models. In 2024, we brought voices from the Global South to share their expertise and lived experience on the global stage, created alliances that provide in-kind services and capacity building support that is valued in the millions annually, and in 2026, our mission to help children worldwide by empowering families and communities will celebrate its TWENTY-SIXTH ANNIVERSARY as we invite new venture allies like Mayan Midwifery International (Guatemala), Maison de naissance(Haiti), and Healey International Relief Foundation to tackle the underlying causes and devastating results of maternal and infant death in childbirth, epilepsy and transferred child poverty.

    • PLATINUM TEAM SPONSORSHIP $12,500 12 players in tournament and banquet, Corporate Recognition Award, logo on cover and two page ad in program, organization banner, signage on two holes, and features in digital promotional materials before and after the event.

    • GOLD TEAM SPONSORSHIP $6,000 8 players in tournament and banquet, Corporate Recognition Award, logo on cover and one page ad in program, organization banner, signage on one hole, and features in digital promotional materials before and after the event.

    • SILVER TEAM SPONSORSHIP $3,000 4 players in tournament and banquet, Corporate Recognition Award, half page ad in program, signage on one hole, and features in digital promotional materials before and after the event.

    • BRONZE TEAM SPONSORSHIP $2,000 4 players in tournament and banquet, Quarter page ad in program, signage on one hole, and features in digital promotional materials before and after the event. Bronze level sponsorships are for one foursome only, and a second Bronze sponsorship will be treated as a Silver Sponsorship and incur a $1000 surcharge.

    • PATRON SPONSORSHIP $500 1 player in tournament and banquet, acknowledgement in program - only for legacy players who have  played in over 15 HCW Charity tournaments since 2001
    • Due to the course limitations of this extremely popular event, single tickets are only offered to patron teams who wish to split the cost of a Bronze Sponsorship between themselves, and as add-ons to Title or Platinum teams - at $450 per golfer. Add-ons are offered in a very limited number (16) and on first-come basis. Add-on ticket sponsorships are exclusive to multi-team sponsors, and additional fees will be charged to anyone who arrives at the course without a proper sponsor.

    If you want to help defray the costs, but have no particular interest in sponsoring one thing or another, you may make a general donation to underwriting of the event. We will honor your wishes on whether or not you wish to be acknowledged.

    Legacy Patron Singles

    This is a special sponsorship that allows our long time players who choose to pay for less than a full team sponsorship to join together to form a team or join another sponsored team as an extra player. Each ticket grants 1 player admittance to the tournament and banquet, with special acknowledgement in program, and a team photo from the assigned team.
