Empower Young People (ages 14 to 23) to be able to support themselves and the orphaned siblings and disabled adults depending on them for survival. Each Zoe Empowerment Group becomes a powerful and reliable network of young business leaders working together to ensure each family's continued resiliency and success. Each participant graduates with means to secure permanent access to income that will be adequate to achieve their personal goals, provides them with the dignity they deserve, and enable them to adopt a new role of valued leadership in their communities.Zoe is designed to work with multiple groups in each cohort, and 20 or more participants in each group. In order to launch Zoe, we need funding for 5 to 8 groups. That equates to between 125 to 240 young breadwinners enrolled in the program.PLEASE HELP US LAUNCH ZOE EMPOWERS YOUTH IN SIERRA LEONE!WE HAVE RAISED THE FIRST $40,000 WE NEED TO BEGIN THIS PROGRAM. WE NEED TO HAVE ANOTHER $200,000 IN THE BANK BEFORE WE LAUNCH THE FIRST COHORT.Check out the story below.
