THANK YOU FOR helping the dream of THE BRIDGE become reality.HOW TO CONTRIBUTE:Select "Donate" to begin donating now to build a bridge for children separated from family in Freetown, Sierra Leone to get home.Every child deserves to grow up in a safe and loving family; every family should be strong and empowered to care for their children; and most importantly; no child should be living in fear, subject to abuse or exploitation!52% of children in Sierra Leone wind up living in the street. We cannot eliminate the dire circumstances of severe poverty that these children are born into, but strong families are better equipped to overcome it. By focusing on the circumstances of the whole family, and finding the right home in which a child can be reintegrated, it is possible to overcome the trauma that caused the separation and make the entire family more resilient. The Bridge is a temporary home that leads a child carefully home to a permanent, safe, and loving environment where they can become stronger and more resilient.
Donors should note that they will receive a tax receipt (if requested) that lists "Helping Children Worldwide" as the recipient of their donation. Your donations through the FEAP or Bridge Campaign for CFPS are sent to CFPS.
